Terms of Service

These terms describe the general rules for accessing the IYLIN website, evaluating the product, and using contracted IYLIN software services.

Service scope

  • IYLIN provides software tools, workflow automation, data reporting, and operational support features described on the public website and in customer agreements.
  • Specific features, integrations, support levels, and launch arrangements depend on the subscribed plan or signed commercial agreement.
  • Customer access to certain marketplace data is subject to platform authorization and policy constraints.

Customer responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and managing authorized users.
  • Customers must ensure that their use of IYLIN complies with applicable marketplace rules, contracts, and laws.
  • Customers must not use IYLIN to perform unauthorized scraping, resale, abuse, or prohibited data processing activities.

Availability and changes

  • We work to maintain reliable service availability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
  • We may update, improve, suspend, or retire features as products evolve or platform requirements change.
  • Material commercial or contractual changes are addressed through the applicable customer agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, IYLIN and its associated website, software, branding, workflows, and documentation remain the property of Shenzhen Baojian Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors.

Pricing and payment

Public pricing information is provided for reference. Final billing, invoicing, and payment terms are governed by the selected plan, quotation, order form, or signed agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate access according to the applicable contract, plan terms, or where required by law, security policy, or platform compliance obligations.
